My HOA account is in good standing (no past due balance)

I understand that Board service requires attendance at meetings, timely communication, and active participation in community decisions

I understand the time commitment required and will make Board responsibilities a priority.

I am willing to make decisions on behalf of the community, even when those decisions are difficult.
