As part of the 2026 Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors is asking the membership to vote on two proposed amendments to the Association’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
The Association currently has policies addressing hunting and the discharge of weapons and short-term rentals. The proposed amendments would incorporate these restrictions directly into the Declaration so that they are formally approved by the membership.
The Board of Directors recommends approval of both proposed amendments.

Board Member Election: Nominations for the Board of Directors will also be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Owners who wish to nominate themselves or another eligible member may do so during the meeting before voting is concluded.
